Formerly branded as Grauman's Chinese Theatre, this lavish theatre opened its doors in 1927. Many authentic Chinese items and artifacts were used to decorate the interior and forecourt of the grand movie theatre. The TCL Chinese Theatre regularly hosts movie premieres with star studded casts including the actors of The Wizard Of Oz in 1939. Thousands of stars have walked and touched the ground upon which many movie goers walk upon. Some celebrities have even been lucky enough to cast their hand and footprints in the cement, including Judy Garland herself.
